1. start out by doing 30 seconds jumping jacks non-stop.
2. Next, do 1 1/2 minute of mountain climbers... this exercise will put a great deal of pressure in your lower body, especially in your lower abdominal area. Don't quite because after the first 40 seconds, you'll start feeling the burn all over your lower body.
3. Do 2 minute of fast pace body weight squats. NOTE: While standing, squat down as fast as you can non-stop for a total of 1 minute.
4. take a 30 second break here.
5. Now, execute standing jumps for a total of 1 1/2 minutes. Jump up and down as high, and as fast as you can for a total of 30 seconds non-stop.
6. Final exercise, run in place for one minute non-stop.
If you follow these exercises and do them in order as I've described them above, you'll burn fat fast. If you're new to high intensity exercises than cut this workout in half. Instead of doing 7 minutes, go ahead and do just 4 minutes. You can do this by doing 4 exercise for only 1 minute each.
