Calorie Cycling Diet - YayFOOD Leads The Way!

The calorie cycling diet is a well-known diet that has been used for a long time by bodybuilders. They use this strategy to lose subcutaneous fat, showing of their muscles in extreme detail. Recently, this diet was adapted into fitting all of us normal dieters that don't want to get rid of only the subcutaneous fat but fat everywhere. Results indicate that this is a very favorable diet. It is easy to follow and it shows results, fast results.

Most diets are complicated, either you have to stay of certain food groups or you have to measure every ounce you eat, counting calories etc. A diet should be easy to adhere to and the results should show on both the scale and the waist-hip ratio.

There have been a few different calorie cycling diets introduced during the last couple of years. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the most wide spread calorie cycling diets (they call it calorie shifting diet). The sad thing about FL4I is that they provide no support and there is no good forum.

If you have been dieting before you know that support in difficult times when you are feeling deprived is important. I myself used FL4I but I have recently started a membership at YayFOOD because of the great support and the forum. If it is hard to get support in your own family there are several dieters standing by to help in this forum.

Also, it was kind of tricky to get answers when I didn't understand certain things at FL4I. You had to find other forum that was not connected to them.

Getting support and the tools needed is basic to be truly successful. In favor to FL4I is that they recently introduced an add-on to their basic program that is meant to help you once you reach your ideal weight.

Jennifer Olsen was a master of failing at different diets. She understood that there were more to losing weight then just going on a diet. Today she has lost nearly 50 pounds with the calorie-shifting diet and meanwhile she has finished reading 'Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle' and she is implementing what she learned into daily activities.
