How To Lose 10 Pounds In 10 Days - No False Promises!

If you are looking for weight loss schemes you have probably already come across the calorie shifting diet. Just like many other diets, this diet is surrounded by lots of promises and false information. Personally, I believe that this diet is a great and it helps you lose pounds for good.

There are lots of articles published with great information and there are also lots of reviews and articles that might fool you into believing that this is a miracle. It is not. You will not lose 50 pounds in one month. However, it is quite possible to lose up to 10 pounds during one cycle (11 days).

Calorie shifting isn't much of a secret, it is an old diet that has a new dress. The diet have been used for ages by the bodybuilders community. They often combine it to work with bodybuilding (of course). They want to burn fat and still be able to build their muscles, they achieve this by eating lots of proteins during the diet.

I have all the muscle I need but I have some extra pounds of fat that I wish would be gone. So I alter the menu somewhat, I exclude protein and substitute it with other low energy foods.

The diet is build to fool your metabolism and keep it ticking at a high rate. This increases your weight loss, or fat loss that is. There is a difference! You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat.

Ok, so how are you supposed to lose 10 pounds in 10 days? Well, you could lose 10 pounds during the first 11 day cycle of calorie shifting if you combine it with fat burning exercises. I know many people find exercising boring but with the program on my site you will see that it is actually not time consuming (still not fun perhaps, but the pain won't be there for long). You should do this program three time during the 11 day cycle.
