The Magnetic Diet - What Makes This Diet Unique

The Magnetic Diet is a weight loss program created by Nick Smith. The basic tenet of this diet is the concept of Food Magnetism which I'll explain in detail during this article. I urge you to read this article because this diet holds many interesting aspects.

Let me start by saying that the Magnetic Diet isn't perfect. I would've liked to see more exercises for specific body parts like biceps and shoulders (though it does deal with abdominal muscles). Having said that, it does have certain parts which I haven't seen in any other popular diet and which hold great value for anyone who wishes to lose weight and become fitter.

What is The Magnetic Diet and what makes it so special?

The Magnetic Diet is based on Food Magnetism which states that each food has either positive magnetism, meaning that it attracts health, or negative magnetism, meaning that it attracts disease. The more positive your overall magnetism is, the faster you lose weight and the better your health becomes. But it doesn't stop with weight loss. Food Magnetism has a direct influence on your overall feeling. The more positive your magnetism, the less prone you are to depression. So you see, Food Magnetism is very important.

The Magnetic Diet is special because it doesn't just deal with the physical side of weight loss (diet and exercise) but also with the mental aspects.

1. This diet includes special breath and mental exercises to control cravings. This is crucial because cravings can practically ruin every diet. I'm amazed that other diets don't address this problem. The Magnetic Diet does well to do so.

2. Reduce stress -- Stress has been shown to be one of the main factors of excessive weight gain. It includes special meditation routines which can get you to reduce stress. This will not only help you to lose weight but also to improve your overall health. Again, this is the only diet I know which helps with this issue, making it more effective.

In conclusion, The Magnetic Diet isn't perfect, but if you're looking for a complete body diet which touches upon both the physical and the mental sides to weight loss and overall health improvement, this Diet is well worth considering
